There is nothing like the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks to remind me it's time for Fall. This cup of joe is so good! It's like the American cousin of Chai Tea.The weather in Texas hasn't really started to change yet but that doesn't keep me from drinking this delicious concoction and contemplating what kind of boots to wear once it does finally get cooler.
